A control room that lives in a tab.

Preview, cue and take it to air from a browser tab. Guests join from a link.

The room

Everything here is a real switcher.

Preview and program are separate signal paths, not a layout toggle. TAKE is a cut on the frame. The compositor runs on the tick rather than on render, which is why the cut lands where the director put it and not a beat later.

Try the switcher

Cue it. Take it. It's on air.

This isn't a video. It's built from the same interface components as Conductor's director room, running live in your browser — so the speed you feel is the speed of the code. Click a source to cue it, then TAKE. Or press 1–4, then space.

Architecture · measured, not claimed

Two paths. One control room.

The program is composited in the tab you have open. Where it goes next depends on the show. Each figure below came off an instrument on that path, with its conditions beside it.

Program to a viewer over Cloudflare WHEP, read off a timecode strip on one machine clock. Medians of two runs, 239 and 238 samples, a software lower bound: camera and display add to it. Measured 18 August 2026.

Before the show

Every show arrives already prepared.

Prepared means artifacts, not intentions: the rundown timed, speakers invited and checked, assets versioned, graphics armed, destinations confirmed — before anyone joins.

Rundown
Items, durations and who is on for each one. The clock the room runs to.
Speakers
Invitations, tech checks, lower-third copy approved once and reused.
Assets
Decks, stings and safety copy in with versions, so the right cut is the one on air.
Readiness
One ring that says whether the show can go, and what is holding it if it cannot.

The difference, in one line

You find the problem on Tuesday, not four minutes before air.

The guest experience

Your talent arrives in a room, not a link.

→A connection check on the device they will actually use, before the day of the show.
→A green room with program on screen, their script, and Lens notes on their shot.
→On air, the tally is on their screen: they know when they are live.
The complete pre-show check. Camera, voice and connection, each explained in plain words, ending with Lens notes before the guest enters the green room.Full check, one take · private session · shown at 3× speed (2 min 34 s → 51 s)

The audience layer

The watch page is part of the production.

The watch page is driven by the same show state the director is driving. Lower thirds, slides, polls and the record move because the cut moved — not because a second system was told about it afterwards.

Conductor intelligence

AI that knows what the show is doing.

Six named tools, each with a job a producer can describe. Four are live. Two have not had their first run.

Reads a guest's shot
Backlight, soft focus, a lavalier under a scarf. Named remedies the guest can act on, in words they will recognise.
LIVE
Maestro
Your AI director.
Maestro reads the show the way a director does: who's speaking, what's on program and how long it's held, and where the rundown says you should be. It proposes the next cut with its reason on screen. You take it with one key, or let Maestro cut for itself. Tune how bold it is; take the wheel back with a touch.
Speaker-following switching, preview proposals and auto-cut are live today. Rundown-aware direction and on-screen reasons are in development.

The gap

Between a webinar tool and a broadcast truck.

Neither end of this is bad at what it does. One of them cannot do the craft; the other cannot do it on Thursday.

Webinar tool
Layout presets, switched while the audience is watching. There is a green room and there is a recording — there is no preview of the shot you are about to take.

ConductorThe room in between
Gallery craft, on the schedule of a browser tab.
→Preview and program on separate buses, and a TAKE that cuts on the frame.
→Mix-minus per guest, and graphics composited into the picture before it leaves the tab.
→Both delivery paths out of one room — WHEP for conversation, HLS for the record.
→Encoded on a GPU provisioned for your show. Hardware NVENC at up to 1080p60, set per show, out to Mux.
→A timecoded record sealed as the show runs, not assembled afterwards.
→Booked the day before, and run by the producer who planned it.
Broadcast truck
Real preview and program, and a crew who have done it a hundred times — on the truck's calendar, at the truck's price.
Five figures a day
Booked weeks ahead

One side cannot cut. The other cannot be booked on Tuesday for Thursday. Conductor is the whole room, on Thursday, for the price of a tab.

KOL panels where the record matters

Safety information that stays on screen, approved assets only, and a timecoded record of what was said and shown. The panel runs like a broadcast because the transcript will be read like one.
